Mr. Reyad Nazzal serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bayti Real Estate Investment Company, the developer of Rawabi City. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s financial and administrative operations, leading the development and execution of strategies that enhance operational efficiency and strengthen corporate governance.
Mr. Nazzal brings over 20 years of experience in financial and administrative leadership, positioning him as a distinguished expert in the investment and real estate development sector.
Prior to joining Bayti, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Massar International Group for more than seven years, where he developed extensive expertise in financial planning, operational oversight, and performance analysis. His contributions played a key role in strengthening the Group’s financial sustainability and advancing its investment strategies.
Mr. Nazzal currently chairs and serves on the boards of several private and public companies. He is Chairman of Arkaan Real Estate Company and an active member of various professional associations and civil society organizations.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Birzeit University.
Mr. Murad Tahboub is Partner and General Manager of ASAL Technologies, a leading company in information technology research and development in Palestine. He also oversees the strategic direction and investments of Massar International Group in the ICT and high-tech sectors, including Rawabi Tech Hub and the development of the Smart City concept.
Among his notable achievements, Mr. Tahboub contributed to the establishment of the Palestine Trade Center (PalTrade), the first Palestinian organization dedicated to supporting exporters. In 1996, he served as General Manager of the Palestine Trade Center in Rotterdam - Netherlands and led the development of market entry strategies for Palestinian companies into European Union markets.
Mr. Tahboub has built an extensive network of business relationships across regional and international markets. He is a Fellow of the Henry Crown Institute (USA), a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), and the Palestinian Economists Association. He is also a certified expert with the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the International Trade Centre (UNCTAD).
He serves on the boards of numerous private sector and non-profit institutions, including Rawabi Foundation, Tequal Technologies, Harmony Technology Solutions, Ultimate Company, Safa Bank, Palestine Real Estate Investment Company, Orion VLSI technologies, the American Palestinian Chamber of Commerce, and Orion Electronics Manufacturing. He has also previously served on the boards of PITA, the Palestinian Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Palestinian Banking Corporation, PalLease, and Call u.
Ms. Reem AlSheikh serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Wassel Group and the General Manager of Wassel Logistics. She accumulates more than 15 years of experience in business development, project management, corporate organization, corporate social responsibility, and communication strategy.
Ms. Reem serves on various companies and organizations boards including, Arkaan Real Estate, Jericho Gate Project, Pallease Leasing Company, Injaz Palestine, and the Palestinian American Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Reem holds a master's degree in international relations and development and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She also holds several certificates in strategic thinking, leadership, human resource management, Project management and fundraising.
Mr. Abdel Wahed serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Palestine Development and Investment Company (PADICO Holding). He accumulates over 20 years of professional experience in financial management and business development.
Prior to joining PADICO, Mr. Abdel Wahed served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bayti Real Estate Investment Company, the developer of Rawabi City, for more than nine years. During which, he played a key role in managing the daily operations, developing financial and commercial systems, establishing effective financial analysis mechanisms, monitoring performance, and evaluating short- and long-term institutional objectives.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Abdel Wahed gained significant and in-depth professional experience at the global auditing firm Ernst & Young, where he spent seven years auditing publicly listed and private shareholding companies, banking and financial institutions, non-governmental organizations, and numerous projects for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and the European Commission.
Mr. Abdel Wahed currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company (PRICO). He is also a board member of listed companies on Palestine stock market and private shareholding companies, including Palestine Leasing Company (Pal-Lease), Jericho Gate Real Estate Investment Company, Jericho Agro-Industrial City, and the Palestinian Industrial Estate Development Company (PIEDCO), in addition to his involvement in a number of civil society institutions and organizations.
Mr. Abdel Wahed holds a Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), as well as a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
Mr. Attyyeh Ramahi currently serves as General Manager of PALGAZ for Trading and Distribution. He brings over 18 years of experience across semi-governmental and private sectors, with extensive expertise in operational management and international trade.
He specializes in developing and executing strategic business plans and establishing both short- and long-term objectives that drive sustainable growth and high organizational performance.
He currently serves as a board member at the Palestine Power Generation Company (PPGC).
Mr. Ramahi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
Mr. Ibrahim Kharman serves as Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer at the Palestinian Telecommunications Company – Jawwal, the leading company in the telecommunications and information technology sector in Palestine. In his leadership role, Kharman drives development, expansion, and commercial growth plans at Jawwal by managing strategic initiatives that strengthen innovation and reinforce Jawwal’s position as a leading provider of telecom and technology services.
Kharman is considered one of the key contributors to the development of Jawwal’s strategic service ecosystem. He played a pivotal role in launching and operating the “Giga Fiber” service, which marked a significant leap in home internet through fiber optics in Palestine, opening new horizons for digital transformation and future services.
Kharman has over 25 years of experience in the telecommunications and information technology sectors at both local and international levels. He previously held senior management positions at the regional holding company VTEL between 2006 and 2007 and led the software team at Siemens Information and Communication Technology in 1998. He joined the Palestinian Telecommunications Group in 2007 as Director of Project Management, then became Director of Marketing at the Palestinian Telecommunications Company. In 2022, he was entrusted by the Board of Directors to serve as Acting General Manager of the company.
He currently serves as a board member of both Allai Newroz Telecom, a provider of a wide range of wireless and data services in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, and VTEL, a leading provider of internet services for wholesale markets, enterprises, and residential sectors in Jordan.
Kharman holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Birzeit University. He is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and serves as Chairman of the Palestinian Esports Sports Federation.
Mr. Asim Salem serves as President of the An-Najah University Friends Association, a charitable organization dedicated to supporting students and graduates. In this role, he leverages his extensive experience in economic and social development to enhance the educational and professional prospects of young people.
Prior to this position, Mr. Salem served as Minister of Transport and Communications from April 2019 to March 2024, where he played a key role in advancing the transportation sector’s infrastructure. He also served as Chairman of the Palestinian Universities Employees Union and as a member of the Nablus Municipal Council, contributing to numerous community and development initiatives.
Mr. Salem has a distinguished administrative and economic career across both the public and private sectors. He has held several administrative positions at An-Najah National University, in addition to his work in the private sector, particularly in the construction and contracting industry.
Mr. Salem holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Economics.
