Mr. Reyad Nazzal is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Bayti Real Estate Investment Company, the developer of the city of Rawabi. He leads the company’s financial and administrative operations by setting and implementing effective strategies that enhance operational efficiency and corporate governance. With over 20 years of experience in developing financial and administrative systems, Mr. Nazzal is regarded as one of the most prominent professionals in the real estate development and investment sector.
Prior to joining Bayti, Mr. Nazzal served as the Chief Financial Officer of Massar International Group for over seven years, where he gained extensive experience in financial planning, operational control, and performance analysis. His expertise contributed to strengthening the group’s financial sustainability and supporting its investment strategies.
In addition to his executive roles, Mr. Nazzal chairs the boards of ARKAAN Real Estate Company and the Palestine Distribution and Logistics Services Company (Wasel), and is a board member of the Palestine Exchange. He also holds board positions in several private companies and is an active member of various associations and civil society institutions.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Birzeit University.
Mr. Murad Tahboub is a partner and the General Director of ASAL Technologies, Palestine's leading company in information technology research and development. He also oversees the strategic development and investments of Massar International Group in information technology and advanced technologies, including the Rawabi Tech Hub and the conceptualization of the "Smart City."
Among his notable achievements, Mr. Tahboub co-founded the Palestinian Trade Promotion Organization, the first Palestinian entity dedicated to addressing the needs of Palestinian exporters. In 1996, he served as the General Manager of the Center for Promotion of Palestinian Products in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, where he spearheaded marketing strategies for several Palestinian companies across diverse sectors, facilitating their entry into European Union markets.
Mr. Tahboub possesses a robust network of business relationships across Arab, regional, and international markets. He is a fellow of the Henry Crown Institute in the United States, a member of the Young Presidents' Organization, the Palestinian Economists Association, and an accredited expert with both the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the International Trade Center (UNCTAD).
He currently serves on the boards of numerous private sector and nonprofit institutions, including the Rawabi Foundation, Tequal Technologies, Harmony ERP Technology, Sama for Information Technology - Jordan, Ultimate Company, ADAM Training Institute - Jerusalem, Ultimit Arabia – UAE, and Palestine Real Estate Group. Previously, he was a board member of the Palestinian Information Technology Association (PITA), the Association of Alruwad for Palestinian Youth, and the Palestinian Banking Corporation.
Ms. Reem AlSheikh serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Wassel Group and the General Manager of Wassel Logistics. She accumulates more than 15 years of experience in business development, project management, corporate organization, corporate social responsibility, and communication strategy.
Ms. Reem serves on various companies and organizations boards including, Arkaan Real Estate, Jericho Gate Project, Pallease Leasing Company, Injaz Palestine, and the Palestinian American Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Reem holds a master's degree in international relations and development and a bachelor’s degree in business administration. She also holds several certificates in strategic thinking, leadership, human resource management, Project management and fundraising.
Mr. Nimer Abdul Wahed is the Chief Financial Officer of Palestine Development and Investment Company (PADICO Holding), as he accumulates over 20 years of experience in development and financial management of companies; specifically, in the real estate sector.
Before joining PADICO, Nimer served as the Chief Financial Officer of Bayti Real Estate Development Co. (the developer of Rawabi city) for more than 9 years, which skilled him to possess strong capability in management and oversight of day to day financial and business operations as well as proven strengths in the areas of analysis, performance monitoring and evaluation of organizational short- and long-term objectives.
Nimer also worked at the global auditing firm Ernst & Young, where he audited several projects for USAID, the European Commission, several banks and financial institutions, investment firms, and NGOs over a period of 7 years.
Nimer serves on the Board of Directors of many publicly listed companies and private shareholding companies including the Chairman of Palestine Real Estate Investment Company (PRICO), a board member of Jericho Gate, Jericho-Agro Industrial Park (JAIP), Palestine Industrial Estate Development & Management Co. and Palestinian Company for Rental and Leasing (Pallease). Nimer is also a member in several civil-society organizations.
Nimer holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Mr. Atyyeh Al-Ramahi currently serves as the General Manager of Pal Gaz Services and Distribution company. He brings over 15 years of experience in the semi-governmental and private sectors, with extensive expertise in operational processes and international trade. Mr. Al-Ramahi specializes in developing and implementing strategic business plans and setting both short- and long-term objectives to ensure sustained growth and high performance for the company.
Mr. Al-Ramahi holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's degree in Environmental Engineering.
Mr. Ibrahim Kharman serves as the Deputy CEO and Chief Commercial Officer at Jawwal, the leading telecommunications company in Palestine. In his pivotal role, Kharman drives the company's development, expansion, and growth, overseeing various strategic initiatives aimed at fostering progress and innovation. He has played a crucial role in the strategic development of the company's services, notably leading the launch and operation of the Giga Fiber service, a home fiber optic service that has revolutionized internet connectivity in Palestine.
With over 25 years of experience in both local and international companies, Kharman boasts a distinguished track record of success in the telecommunications and information technology sectors. In 2007, he held the position of Project Management Director at Paltel Group, where he managed numerous strategic projects. In 2010, he became the Marketing Director at Paltel, before being entrusted by the Board of Directors to serve as Acting General Manager of the telecommunications company in 2022.
Prior to these roles, Kharman held senior management positions at the regional holding company VTEL from 2006 to 2007, and in 1998, he worked at Siemens Information and Communication Technology. Currently, Kharman is a board member of both Alai Newroz Telecom and VTEL MEA, two prominent companies in the region.
Kharman holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Birzeit University. He also serves as the President of the Palestinian Federation for Electronic and Intellectual Sports, reflecting his dedication to advancing both technology and community development.
Mr. Asim Salim is a Palestinian economist who served as the Minister of Transportation under the government of Mohammad Shtayyeh from April 2019 to March 2024. He has also worked as a lecturer at An-Najah National University and currently serves as the President of the University Friends Association. Previously, he held the position of President of the Palestinian University Staff Union and was a member of the Nablus Municipal Council.
